DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day where possible, during busier periods this may be slightly longer. Any order placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Once a purchase is made you will receive an email with detailed information about how to track the progress of your order from packing through to dispatch. Including when we have picked your products, packed them in the box and passed them to the courier!

Please note: During busier periods there may be slight delays in processing shipments and we may be unable to guarantee same day dispatch or next day deliveries.

 

EUROPE

Our shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on the total weight of your order. The accurate shipping price for your order will be calculated at checkout.

 

FREE SHIPPING to Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic - For orders from 100 euros.

This promotion applies to all goods except ArtBoards and Big molds (diameter from 40cm) for them requires payment for delivery in any case as it is an oversized cargo.

 

REST OF THE WORLD

Our shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on the total weight of your order. The accurate shipping price for your order will be calculated at checkout.

 

Customs fees may apply to orders placed internationally

We use the following couriers for international orders:  Mail, DHL, DPD, GLS or FedEx depending on the destination.

Please allow up to 25 working days for orders to Australia, New Zeland

(Please note that some orders can take longer to arrive to international destinations due to delays in customs and this is unfortunately beyond our control)

SHIPPING BY REGULAR POST 

We wish to bring to your attention an important aspect regarding the delivery method you have chosen, which is through the postal service.

Please be aware that Craftsmen Store's liability is limited to a maximum of 10 euros when using this delivery method. Our responsibility ceases at the moment when the products are handed over to the postal service.

In the unfortunate event of loss or damage to your items by the postal service, Craftsmen Store cannot be held accountable. In such cases, we can only seek compensation from the postal service up to the insured amount of 12 euros in accordance with their policies.

 

To ensure the utmost security and reliability of your order's delivery, we highly recommend opting for our guaranteed delivery service through Courier Delivery Services (DHL, DPD, GLS or FedEx). Orders dispatched through Courier Delivery Services have guaranteed delivery time.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please note that when choosing Courier Delivery Services as your delivery method, you are fully insured for the total value of your order, including the delivery cost.

  • To track the progress of a current order, please check your email for instructions on how to do this. A link to download your order invoice is also available from your shipping confirmation email. 

  • Please ensure all addresses are entered carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit due to addresses entered incorrectly. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change this for you, although this is not always possible as we do begin to pack and dispatch items very quickly once they are placed.

  • Please note if orders are returned to us due to non payment of customs we are unable to refund any shipping costs and charge a 20% restocking fee for your items. Information regarding customs can be found above
